Our Process

Each coaching assignment begins with the client completing two assessments: a Values Assessment and the ELI (Energy Leadership Index). The results of these assessments serve as the foundation for the coaching process.

Executive Coaching-Robert coaches executives on leadership, communication and team building. Using the ELI as the foundation for the work, executives grow and hone their abilities to inspire and lead their organizations and develop their high-potential and high performing team members.

Team Coaching-Employee engagement is a key driver for the success of any business. A lack of employee commitment and engagement costs billions of dollars worldwide in lost productivity and employee turnover. By improving the leadership, communication and collaboration skills of managers and their employees, companies are better equipped to attract, retain and develop high-performing employees and increase their productivity, engagement and loyalty.

Career Transition Coaching-Working with people who are transitioning to a new company, industry or position, Robert helps transition coaching clients align their transferable skills and core values to create a successful, rewarding transition process. He works with clients on honing their interviewing and networking skills, crafting and telling their “stories,” developing questions for interviews and most importantly, showing up as their authentic selves. Robert conducts mock interviews and does role playing with clients to add to their confidence and skills.
